This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning and refunding purchases made from Tyre Care LTD
Due to the specialized, high-value, and nature of the industrial and garage equipment we sell, all returns are subject to a thorough inspection and specific conditions detailed below.
2. General Return Conditions
A. Timeframe for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
B. Condition of Returned Goods
All products must be returned in the following condition:
Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified in any way.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
Sealed: Any product sold with a protective or calibration seal (e.g., specialized instruments, software) must have the seal intact.
Note on Heavy Equipment: If large equipment has been installed, commissioned, or used in an operational environment, it is not eligible for return unless defective (see Section 3).
3. Returns Due to Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or is not the product ordered, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery).
Procedure: We will provide instructions for the return. We require clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing collection.
Shipping: The Company will cover all return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged goods
Remedy: Upon verification by a technician, we will arrange for a prompt replacement, repair, or full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
4. Returns for Customer Error ("Change of Mind")
Returns requested for reasons other than confirmed damage or defect (e.g., customer ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, or no longer needs the product) are subject to the following:
A. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% to 25% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, re-packaging, and administrative overhead associated with specialized equipment.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Tyre Care LTD. For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method.
C. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Any product specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale."
Any item requiring custom calibration, special order, or configuration.
Consumable items and fluids (e.g., Tyre Repair Material, Compressor Oils, airline lubricants) where the packaging seal is broken.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (which can take 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the restocking fee (if applicable) and the original shipping costs.
