Product Warranty Policy

At Tyre Care LTD, we stand behind the quality of the premium garage and industrial equipment we sell. Our products, from Air Compressors to Lifting Equipment, are sourced from leading brands and are covered by the original Manufacturer's Warranty.

1. Scope of Coverage

All new equipment purchased from Tyre Care LTD

is covered by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

The specific duration will be stated on your invoice or the product's packaging/manual. Warranty periods commence on the date of original purchase or delivery.

B. Covered Brands

This policy applies to all major brands we distribute, including but not limited to: EAE Automotive Equipment, PCL, Pasquin, AC Hydraulic, Mondolfo Ferro, Norbar Tools, Fini Compressors, and Bright.

2. Warranty Conditions and Obligations
A. Service and Repair

If a product fails due to a defect covered by the warranty:

  • The manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective parts, or provide a replacement unit.

  • Labor Costs: Coverage for labor costs (if applicable) varies by manufacturer.

  • Tyre Care LTD is responsible only for labor costs specifically authorized in writing by the manufacturer.

  • On-Site Service: For heavy, stationary equipment (like large compressors or vehicle lifts), service may be performed on-site, provided the location is within the manufacturer’s authorized service area.

B. Customer Responsibility

To maintain the validity of your warranty:

  • Installation: Equipment must be installed and commissioned by qualified, certified technicians, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Maintenance: Products must be maintained strictly according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, using genuine or approved parts (e.g., specific compressor oil). Failure to provide maintenance records may void the warranty.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must retain and provide the original sales invoice and date of delivery.
3. What Voids the Warranty (Exclusions)
The warranty does not cover, and the manufacturer is not responsible for, damage resulting from:
Exclusion Description
Normal Wear & Tear Standard degradation of non-durable components (e.g., air filter elements, belts, hoses, seals, gaskets, fuses, bulbs, drill bits).
Misuse / Abuse Damage caused by operation outside the stated capacity or ratings (e.g., overloading a hydraulic lift, exceeding maximum pressure on a compressor).
Improper Power / Air Supply Damage resulting from voltage spikes, inadequate power phasing, or dirty/contaminated compressed air supply.
Lack of Maintenance Failure to perform required scheduled maintenance (e.g., not draining condensate from tanks, not replacing filters).
Unauthorized Modification Repair or alteration of the equipment by personnel not authorized by the manufacturer or Tyre Care LTD.
Consumables Items designed to be consumed or routinely replaced, such as Tyre Repair Material, lubricants, or calibration fluids.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has failed due to a covered defect, please follow these steps:

  • Stop Use: Immediately cease using the equipment to prevent further damage.

  • Contact Us: Contact Tyre Care LTD support team directly. We act as the liaison between you and the manufacturer.

  • Provide Documentation: Be prepared to provide the product serial number, proof of purchase, and maintenance logs (for larger machinery).

  • Inspection: We may request photos or a video of the issue, or arrange for an authorized service agent to inspect the equipment.
