
Talking about cleaning, It seems that is very easy and simple during lift maintenance, but the no-clean or improper way of cleaning will affect much on lifespan and safety for lifts
Importance of Regular Cleaning
- Surface cleaning, to avoid painting off and extend service lice
- Slide track cleaning, to avoid abrasion of sliders and pulleys and to make sure lift is more stable during service
- Hydraulic system cleaning, to avoid dust goes into hydraulic unit, destroy and block hydraulic items.
- Surface cleaning, the overall image of shop charming a lot
Methods and Notice
- Clean Lift and lift surroundings by using non- corrosive soft detergent , Including dust, sandy oil, oil, water, stem and other contaminant Corrosive substance
- Clean dust on the bottom of the lift and inside of carriage by using broom or dust cleaner
- To check if extra cleaning solution left on lift after cleaning. If yes clean it.
Notice
- No to High Voltage equipment
- No spray gun
- No using corrosive liquid to clean
- Liquid remaining long time is inadvisable ( Remark: Excluded the galvanized lift)
Period
- Clean lift every month on normal condition
- Clean lift every week on poor condition
